We are the facilitators of the Salon 20 Groups Professional Alliance SM group meetings. In that position we guide and moderate the meetings. You, the group members, plan the meeting and agenda and we assist you in making it happen.

We provide monthly financial statements in the form of a Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows to each member, as well as a composite of benchmarked management reports, and liquidity, operating and leverage ratios. In addition we offer guidance and interpretation of the reports when necessary.

Business Plans
We have business plans available to our members at greatly reduced prices that are specifically designed for the Salon and/or Spa. The Business plans are available to you either as a computer template or with our assistance in writing the plan. The choice is yours.

Business Consulting
We will offer business-consulting services for our members only. These services will be both from our staff and other industry leaders with whom we choose to partner. We are very careful in the selection of our partners and as such will stand behind any of their services. All of this will be done at specially negotiated pricing for our members. We are currently in negotiations with several companies to offer exclusive services to our members. We will keep you informed on our progress.
