Information is the original reason we started the Salon 20 Groups Professional Alliance^SM, simply because there is no useful Salon and Spa Industry benchmarking information.  We decided to change that and in the process, facilitate change in the industry.   

To what do you compare your operating results?  Most likely, until now, you have just been comparing your results with prior periods.  That is good, but it doesn’t get you outside of the box.  If you have a problem, it is masked in the comparisons you do.
